Repair Design

- These are beyond the scope of Overhaul Manuals
- Ensure airworthiness and restore to manufacturers specifications
- All are FAA DER approved
Machining
- Large bed horizontal and vertical manual milling machines (all with digital readouts)
- CNC 4-Axis milling machine.
- Manual lathes with up to 30" swing (all with digital readouts)
- CNC lathe with up to 36" swing
Metalizing
- Metco system capable of Plasma, Thermo and Wire Applications
Non-Destructive Testing
- FPI - Spot and Full inspections
- MPI - 18" Coil + Yoke
Bonding, Curing & Stress Relieving
- Curing ovens capable of temperatures up to 650F and parts up to 48"x48"x36"
- Stress relieving ovens capable of temperatures of 2300F and parts up to 30"x25"x35"
Grinding
- Internal grinders with up to 32" swing
- External grinders with up to 18" swing
- Surface grinders
Welding
- TIG process
- Most common materials include: Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Magnesium, High Nickel Alloys, Cobalt, Titanium
Plating
- Chrome, E-Nickel, Sulphamate Nickel, Black Oxide, Cadmium and Silver Brush Plating
